Travis Ralph; CEO

Travis Ralph is a Navy veteran, business owner, and father with over a decade of experience in the security industry, built across both military service and the private sector. That dual foundation — military discipline paired with commercial instinct — has shaped his career as an entrepreneur, most notably in successfully growing and scaling a security company to a 5x EBITDA exit. Today, he manages an expansive portfolio of businesses across multiple industries, applying the same principles that drove that earlier success to a broader range of ventures.

Travis specializes in the strategies that turn a promising business into a resilient one: growth and development planning, scalable operations, and regulatory compliance. He brings the same values of service, discipline, and accountability that shaped his Navy career into his role as a father and business leader, grounding his work in a long-term commitment to the people and organizations he serves.
